RESOLUTION NO. 2016-561
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF BID
DOCUMENTS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT
ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY17 SEAL COAT
PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Public Works Director of said city to prepare bid documents, specifications, form of contract etc.,
in conjunction with the FY17 Seal Coat Program, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Director did file said bid documents, specifications, form
of contract etc., in conjunction with the FY17 Seal Coat Program, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing,upon notice, was held on July 18, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said approval of proposed bid documents, specifications, form of
contract etc., in conjunction with the FY17 Seal Coat Program, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 2016.
