RESOLUTION NO. 2016-562
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FYI SEAL COAT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2016-561, approval of bid documents, specifications,
form of contract etc., in conjunction with the FY17 Seal Coat Program, have been approved and
adopted by this Council after the public hearing on July 18, 2016 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 2016.
