RESOLUTION APPROVING PHONE SERVICE CONTRACT
WITH CENTURY LINK FOR AN ADDITIONAL TWO YEARS
TO COVER POTS LINES AT A COST OF $25.99 PER LINE,
PER MONTH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Phone Service Contract dated July 18, 2016, between Century Link and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, for an additional two years to cover POTS lines at a cost of$25.99 per line, per
month, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute
the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 2016.
