RESOLUTION NO. 2016-571
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SYSTEM-WIDE
IMPROVEMENT FRAMEWORK LETTER OF INTENT (LOI)
FOR CONTINUED REHABILITATION ELIGIBILITY OF
SANITARY SEWERS, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the System-wide Improvement Framework Letter of Intent dated July 18, 2016, between the
Army Corp of Engineers and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for continued rehabilitation eligibility
of Sanitary Sewers, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the
same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of July, 2016.
