RESOLUTION NO. 2013-567
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 1 WITH STANLEY CONSULTANTS, INC. OF DES
MOINES, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Supplemental Agreement No. 1 dated July 1, 2013, for
groundwater dewatering monitoring, data logging and review of the
data for the F.Y. 2013 Storm Water Pump Stations on Westfield
Avenue, Virden Creek and Vinton/18th Street, Contract No. 831, by
and between Stanley Consultants, Inc. of Des Moines, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1St day of July, 2013.
