RESOLUTION NO. 2016-627
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF SINGLE FAMILY IN-FILL
HOUSING IN THE 1000 BLOCK OF LAFAYETTE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Community Development Director of said city to file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc.,
in conjunction with the Construction of Single Family In-Fill Housing in the 1000 block of
Lafayette, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Community Planning and Development Director did file said plans,
specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Construction of Single Family In-
Fill Housing in the 1000 block of Lafayette, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on August 8, 2016.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the Construction of Single Family In-Fill Housing in the 1000 block of Lafayette are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of August 2016.
