RESOLUTION NO. 2016-628
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE CONSTRUCTION OF SINGLE FAMILY IN-FILL
HOUSING IN THE 1000 BLOCK OF LAFAYETTE.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2016-627, approval of plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the Construction of Single Family In-Fill Housing in the 1000
block of Lafayette, have been approved and adopted by this Council after the public hearing on
August 8, 2016 as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that the said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of August 2016.
