RESOLUTION NO. 2016-629
RESOLUTION AWARDING PRE-CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO
CONNERLEY CONSTRUCTION, INC. OF CEDAR RAPIDS,
IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH CONSTRUCTION OF SINGLE
FAMILY IN-FILL HOUSING IN THE 1000 BLOCK OF LAFAYETTE,
IN THE AMOUNT OF $178,967, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Pre-Construction Contract dated August 8, 2016, between Connerley Construction, Inc.
of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with Construction of
Single Family In-Fill Housing in the 1000 block of Lafayette, in the amount of $178,967, is
hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of August 2016.
