RESOLUTION NO. 2016-631
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRECONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT
WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR
PRIMARY ROAD IMPROVEMENTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH 2016
HIGHWAY 218 ASPHALT RESURFACING PROJECT
(FROM WILLISTON AVENUE/W. 18TH ST. TO W. 6TH ST.); AND
AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Preconstruction Agreement dated August 8, 2016, between Iowa Department of
Transportation and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for primary road improvements in conjunction
with 2016 Highway 218 Asphalt Resurfacing Project (from Williston Avenue/W. 18th St. to W.
6th St.), is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute
the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of August 2016.
