RESOLUTION NO. 2016-632
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH WAYNE CLAASSEN ENGINEERING AND
SURVEYING, INC., OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT NOT
TO EXCEED $115,000.00 FOR CONSTRUCTION RELATED
SERVICES FOR THE NORTHWEST INTERCEPTOR SEWER
EXTENSION; AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated August 8, 2016, between Wayne Claassen
Engineering and Surveying, Inc., of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
for construction related services for the Northwest Interceptor Sewer Extension, in an amount not
to exceed $115,000.00, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8t" day of August 2016.
