RESOLUTION NO. 2016-633
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION PLANS
FOR SANITARY SEWER, STORM SEWER, AND
PAVING SERVING THE VILLAGE WEST SUBDIVISION, AS
SUBMITTED BY CLAPSADDLE-GARBER ASSOCIATES, INC.; AND
SEWAGE TREATMENT AGREEMENT DNR FORM 28A (SEPT 2010)
WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND THE
FINAL ACCEPTANCE OF CONSTRUCTION PLANS SUBJECT TO
THE REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE BY THE DNR, AND
AUTHORIZE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Construction Plans for Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer, and Paving Serving the Village
West Subdivision, as submitted by Clapsaddle-Garber Associates, Inc.; and Sewage Treatment
Agreement DNR Form 28A (Sept 2010) with the Department of Natural Resources and the final
acceptance of construction plans subject to the review and acceptance by the DNR, are hereby
approved and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8t' day of August 2016.
