QUIT CLAIM DEED
For the consideration of$1.00 Dollar(s) and other valuable consideration, the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, does hereby Quit Claim to E & C Investments,LLC, the following described real estate in Black
Hawk County,Iowa:
Lot 4 and the South One-Half of the vacated alley adjoining said Lot on
the North, all in Whittles Second Addition, Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
Subject to:(a)easements,conditions,and restrictions of record,(b)general
utility and right-of-way easements serving the property and of record, (c)
restrictions imposed by local zoning ordinances and other applicable law,
and (d) a possibility of reverter of title pursuant to a Development
Agreement entered into between the parties.
This is a deed from a political subdivision that is exempt from transfer tax, declaration of value,
and groundwater hazard statement pursuant to Iowa Code § 428A.1(2)and Iowa Code § 428A.2(6).
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as in the singular
or plural number, and as masculine or feminine gender, according to the context.
