The Plan provides that the City may Issue
bonds or use available funds for purpos-
es allowed by the Plan amendment, and
that tax increment reimbursement of such
costs will be sought if and to the extent in-
curred by the City. The Flan may be further
amended from time to time to respond to
future development opportunities.
The public hearing will be held at 5:30
p.m. on Monday, May 4. 2026, in the City
Council Chambers at City Hall in Water-
loo, Iowa. Any questions regarding' the
proposed amendment to the Plan should
be directed to the Panning and Zoning Of-
fice at 291-4366. Anyone who is interested
may appear at same time and place and
be heard or may the written objections or
comments wlth the City Clerk, City Hall,
715 Mulberry Street, Waterloo, Iowa, be-
fore the date set for hearing,
