THE CITY OF WATERLOO'S
SEAL COATING PROG RAM
The residents of Waterloo are hereby
notified that the Waterloo City Coun-
cil will hold a public hearing on May
4, 2026, at 5:30 p.m., in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers in City Hall in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
The public hearing w1II be on the pro-
posed specifications. form of contract,
etc. for Asphalt Emulsions for the City
of Waterloo's Seal Coating Program ,
The proposed specifications prepared
by the City of Waterloo Street Depart-
ment Director are now on file in the
office of the City Clerk for public ex-
amination, and any person interested
may file written comments with the
City Clerk before the hearing date, or
appear and make comments to the
City Clerk before the hearing date, or
appear and make comments at the
meeting date noted above.
