REZONING
A public hearing will be held on the
20 th day of April 2026: at 5:30 p.m.
in the Council Chambers in the City
Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to
approve a rezone request by the City
of Waterloo to rezone approximately
twenty-eight acres of land from 'A-1"
Agricultural District to "B-P" Business
Park District, located west and north-
west of 4634 Kimball Avenue, legally
described as follows:
Parcel "B' of Plat of Survey Doc. No.
2025-2560 of part of the North 1/2
of the SE 1/4 of Section 9, Township
88 North, Range 13 West of the 5th
P.M., Black Hawlc County, Iowa.
And also Parcel "C" of Plat of Sur-
vey Doc. No. 2025-13550 of part of
the North One -Half of the Southeast
Quarter of Section No. 9. Township
No. 88 North, Range 13 West of the
Fifth Principal Meridian, Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.

or may file written objection with the
