RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO THE
REQUIREMENTS OF THE 2013 SIDEWALK REPAIR
PROGRAM - ZONE 3.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the variance to the requirements of the 2013 Sidewalk Repair
Program - Zone 3, to allow the University Avenue Dairy Queen,
2719 University Avenue, to postpone sidewalk repairs until the
end of the season in approximately November, be and the same is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of July, 2013.
