RESOLUTION NO. 2013-585
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BOARD
AND WATERLOO LEISURE SERVICES DEPARTMENT FOR
THE USE OF FY2014 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK
GRANT FUNDS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated July 8, 2013, for the use of FY2014
Community Development Block Grant funds in the amount of
$50,000.00, with a city match of $5,000.00, to be used for the
Gates Park Playground Project, by and between the City of
Waterloo Community Development Board, Waterloo Leisure Services
Department and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of July, 2013.
