RESOLUTION NO. 2013-589
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT TO THE CITY'S
HEALTH INSURANCE PLAN TO COMPLY WITH
HEALTHCARE REFORM REQUIREMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the amendment to the City's Health Insurance Plan to comply
with the healthcare reform requirements by reducing the new hire
enrollment waiting period to 90 days after date of employment,
effective July 1, 2013, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of July, 2013.
