RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO ULTRAMAX AMMUNITION OF RAPID CITY,
SOUTH DAKOTA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PURCHASE OF F.Y. 2014 AMMUNITION, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $36,500.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Ultramax Ammunition of Rapid City, South
Dakota, in an amount not to exceed $36,500.00, in conjunction
with the purchase of F.Y. 2014 Ammunition described in the
specifications heretofore
purchase with Resolution No
July 8, 2013 on published
hereby accepted.
