RESOLUTION NO. 2013-600
RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER TO PROPERTY
EXCHANGE AGREEMENT WITH THE NORTHEAST IOWA
FOOD BANK AND DIRECTION EXECUTION OF SAID
CHANGE ORDER BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Change Order to the Property Exchange Agreement dated
July 15, 2013, to reflect an additional $6,419.88 in demolition
costs at the site for new construction, by and between the
Northeast Iowa Food Bank of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of July, 2013.
