RESOLUTION NO. 2013-601
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH HR GREEN, INC. OF CEDAR
RAPIDS, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated July 15, 2013, in
the amount of $10,000.00, for additional services in conjunction
with the Chamberlain Phase III Demolition Contract, by and
between HR Green, Inc. of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of July, 2013.
