RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO KIRK GROSS COMPANY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF
CEDAR VALLEY SPORTSPLEX FURNISHINGS, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $87,787.99.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Kirk Gross Company of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
amount of $87,787.99, in conjunction with the purchase of Cedar
Valley SportsPlex Furnishings, with funding being provided by the
Estate of Carlton and Thelma Winter, be and is hereby accepted.
