RESOLUTION NO. 2013-620
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH MCGLADREY
& PULLEN, LLP OF KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated July 22, 2013, to provide audit services
for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2013 through 2015 at a base
fee of $82,000.00 for FYE2013, $84,350.00 for FYE2014 and
$86,700.00 for FYE2015, by and between McGladrey & Pullen, LLP of
Kansas City, Missouri and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the
same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of July, 2013.
