RESOLUTION NO. 2013-622
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH AECOM
TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated July 22, 2013, at a cost not to exceed
$83,800.00, for engineering services related to the construction -
phase services for the Rehabilitation of Taxiway "B" at the
Waterloo Regional Airport, by and between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of July, 2013.
