RESOLUTION NO. 2013-623
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated July 22, 2013, for the Fiscal Year 2014
Commercial Service Vertical Infrastructure Program (CSVI),
Project No. 9I140ALO200, Contract No. 15281, in an amount not to
exceed $102,785.00, with no required city match, to be used for
rehabilitation of the hangars at the Waterloo Regional Airport,
by and between the Iowa Department of Transportation and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
