RESOLUTION NO. 2013-625
RESOLUTION APPROVING WORK ORDER #13-01 WITH
AMENT, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID WORK ORDER BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Work Order #13-01 dated July 22, 2013, in the amount of
$2,500.00, for additional Bid Documents outside of the original
scope of services in conjunction with the F.Y. 2014, 2672 and
2736 Logan Avenue Sanitary Services, Contract No. 861, by and
between Ament, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of July, 2013.
