RESOLUTION NO. 2013-626
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
OF WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Service Agreement dated July 22; 2013, at a
cost not to exceed $77,000.00, to review the alternatives
prepared by the Iowa Department of Transportation for the
reconstruction of University Avenue from U.S. 63 to the Waterloo
city limits and developing estimated costs associated with the
transfer of jurisdiction of University Avenue from the State of
Iowa to the City of Waterloo, by and between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
