RESOLUTION NO. 2026-232
RESOLUTION APPROVING CANCELLATION OF
ASSESSMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1419 W. 4TH
STREET, PARCEL, ID 891326358001, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$94.75, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO NOTIFY
BLACK HAWK COUNTY TREASURER OF SAID
CANCELLATION.
WHEREAS, the property located at 1419 W. 4th Street in the City of Waterloo had an
assessment levied against it in error in the amount of $94.79, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined by the City Council that the assessment be cancelled
as the property was billed in error.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The sidewalk assessment in the amount of $94.79 for the property located at 1419 W.
4th Street, PARCEL, ID 891326358001, is hereby canceled.
2. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer
of the cancellation of the above assessment.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of May 2026.
