RESOLUTION NO. 2026-246
RESOLUTION APPROVING A TEMPORARY EASEMENT
AGREEMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $988.00 WITH PRIME
RE 2, LLC, LOCATED AT 2039 CROSSROADS BOULEVARD,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE LA PORTE ROAD PHASE III
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, in conjunction with the La Porte Road Phase III Reconstruction Project, the
City of Waterloo requires a temporary easement affecting property located at 2039 Crossroads
Boulevard, Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Prime RE 2, LLC, has agreed to grant said temporary easement to the City
of Waterloo for the amount of $988.00, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it to be in the best interests of the City to approve the
Temporary Easement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The Temporary Easement Agreement with Prime RE 2, LLC, for property located at
2039 Crossroads Boulevard, in conjunction with the La Porte Road Phase III Reconstruction
Project, in the amount of $988.00, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said documents on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4`" day of May 2026.
