RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST BY SNYDER
ASSOCIATES ON BEHALF OF ROBSON HOMES, INC. FOR
THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF PRAIRIE MEADOW ESTATES
SECOND ADDITION, A 41-LOT RESIDENTIAL
SUBDIVISION IN THE "R-3,R-P" PLANNED RESIDENCE
DISTRICT LOCATED EAST OF MYSTIC DRIVE WITH
EXTENSIONS OF GRINDSTONE CIRCLE AND MOURNING
DOVE DRIVE.
WHEREAS, Snyder & Associates, Inc., on behalf of Robson Homes, Inc., has submitted
a request for approval of the Preliminary Plat of Prairie Meadow Estates Second Addition, and
WHEREAS, said Preliminary Plat proposes a 41-lot residential subdivision in the "R-3,
R-P" Planned Residence District located east of Mystic Drive, with extensions of Grindstone
Circle and Mourning Dove Drive, Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that approval of the Preliminary Plat is appropriate,
subject to applicable City requirements and conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The request by Snyder & Associates, Inc., on behalf of Robson Homes, Inc., for
approval of the Preliminary Plat of Prairie Meadow Estates Second Addition, a 41-lot residential
subdivision in the "R-3, R-P" Planned Residence District located east of Mystic Drive with
extensions of Grindstone Circle and Mourning Dove Drive, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4 ' day of May 2026.
