RESOLUTION NO. 2026-254
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
NO. 9 WITH STANLEY CONSULTANTS, INC., OF DES
MOINES, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $190,620.00, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2022 11 TH STREET AND
PARK AVENUE BRIDGE REPLACEMENTS PROJECT,
CONTRACT NO. 1013, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo has previously entered into an agreement with Stanley
Consultants, Inc., of Des Moines, Iowa, in connection with the FY 2022 1 lth Street and Park
Avenue Bridge Replacements Project, Contract No. 1013, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and in the best interests of the City to approve Supplemental
Agreement No. 9 for additional professional services in conjunction with said project, and
WHEREAS, Supplemental Agreement No. 9 is in the amount of $190,620.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. Supplemental Agreement No. 9 with Stanley Consultants, Inc., of Des Moines, Iowa,
in the amount of $190,620.00, in conjunction with the FY 2022 llth Street and Park Avenue
Bridge Replacements Project, Contract No. 1013, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City
of Waterloo.
