RESOLUTION NO. 2026-240
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, AND FORM OF
CONTRACT, AND AUTHORIZING PROCEEDING WITH THE
STREET DEPARTMENT ASPHALT EMULSIONS SEAL
COAT PROGRAM.
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the proposed specifications, bid documents,
and form of contract for the Street Department Asphalt Emulsions Seal Coat Program, and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it appropriate to confirm approval of said
specifications, bid documents, and form of contract, and to authorize the project to proceed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,
1. The specifications, bid documents, and form of contract for the Street Department
Asphalt Emulsions Seal Coat Program are hereby approved.
2. City Staff are authorized and directed to proceed with said project.
