RESOLUTION NO. 2026-243
RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO A
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH INVISION
ARCHITECTURE, FOR AN INCREASE OF $380,000.00 FOR
THE RENOVATION OF 100 E. 4TH STREET FOR THE NEW
WATERLOO CITY HALL AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo has entered into a Professional Services Agreement
with INVISION Architecture in connection with the renovation of 100 E. 4th Street for the new
Waterloo City Hall, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and in the best interests of the City to approve Amendment
No. 3 to said Professional Services Agreement to provide for additional professional services
related to the project, and
WHEREAS, Amendment No. 3 increases the agreement amount by $380,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. Amendment No. 3 to the Professional Services Agreement with INVISION
Architecture for the renovation of 100 E. 4th Street for the new Waterloo City Hall, increasing
the agreement by $380,000.00, is hereby approved.
2. The Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said documents on behalf of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa.
