RESOLUTION NO. 2013-458
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
REHABILITATION OF TAXIWAY "B" AT THE WATERLOO
REGIONAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Airport Director of said City to
prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of contract,
estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the Rehabilitation of
Taxiway "B" at the Waterloo Regional Airport, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Airport Director did file said preliminary
plans, specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc.
in conjunction with the Rehabilitation of Taxiway "B" at the
Waterloo Regional Airport, which were preliminarily approved by
Resolution No. 2013-394 on May 13, 2013, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 3,
2013.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the
Rehabilitation of Taxiway "B" at the Waterloo Regional Airport,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby,
approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June, 2013.
