RESOLUTION NO. 2013-459
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE REHABILITATION OF TAXIWAY "B" AT THE
WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2013-458, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the Rehabilitation of
Taxiway "B" at the Waterloo Regional Airport, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council
after the public hearing on June 3, 2013 as prescribed by
statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June, 2013.
