For the consideration of$1.00 Dollar(s) and other valuable consideration, the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, does hereby Quit Claim to R&M METALS PROPERTIES, LLC, the following described real
estate in Black Hawk County,Iowa:
That part of vacated LaPorte Street lying South of the South line of River
Street and lying North of a line described as beginning at the point of
intersection of the Northerly line of Black Hawk Street and the West line
of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 25,Township
89 North, Range 13 West of the Fifth Principal Meridian; thence
Southeasterly to the Northwest corner of Lot 11,South Waterloo,all in the
City of Waterloo,Black Hawk County,Iowa,containing 7,507 square feet.
Subject to:(a)easements,conditions,and restrictions of record,(b)general
utility and right-of-way easements serving the property and of record,and
(c) restrictions imposed by local zoning ordinances and other applicable
law.
This is a deed from a political subdivision that is exempt from transfer tax, declaration of value,
and the groundwater hazard statement pursuant to Iowa Code § 428A.1(2)and Iowa Code § 428A.2(6).
