RESOLUTION NO. 2013-467
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
WITH WATERLOO COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID MEMORANDUM OF
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Agreement dated June 3, 2013, in the
amount of $86,000.00, to provide technology leadership, network
services and supplemental technology support services to the City
for FY2014, by and between the Waterloo Community School District
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of June, 2013.
