RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID TO VERMEER IOWA & NORTHERN MO OF
PELLA, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE
OF ONE (1) VERMEER CT514 COMPOST TURNER, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $133,268.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Vermeer Iowa & Northern MO of Pella, Iowa,
in the amount of $133,268.00, in conjunction with the Purchase of
One (1) Vermeer CT514 Compost Turner described in the
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
purchase with Resolution No. 2013-437, after public hearing on
May 28, 2013 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this lothdaf June, 2013.
