RESOLUTION NO. 2013-478
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTED GOLF COURSE
RENTAL CONTRACT WITH WATERLOO JAYCEES AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID CONTRACT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contracted Golf Course Rental Contract dated June 10,
2013, in the amount of $3,000.00, for use of the city golf
courses on July 17-21, 2013 in conjunction with the 80th Annual
Waterloo Open, by and between the Waterloo Jaycees and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of June, 2013.
