RESOLUTION NO. 2013-479
RESOLUTION APPROVING THREE-YEAR COLLECTIVE
BARGAINING AGREEMENTS WITH AMERICAN
FEDERATION OF STATE, MUNICIPAL AND COUNTY
EMPLOYEES (AFSCME) LOCAL 1195 FOR THE
PROFESSIONAL GROUP (PLANNERS/ENGINEERS/IT)
AND THE POLICE LIEUTENANT/CODE ENFORCEMENT/
PROPERTY EVIDENCE/DATA SYSTEMS MANAGER AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENTS BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Three -Year Collective Bargaining Agreements dated June 10,
2013, by and between the American Federation of State, Municipal
and County Employees (AFSCME) Local 1195 for the Professional
Group (Planners/Engineers/IT) and the Police Lieutenant/Code
Enforcement/Property Evidence/Data Systems Manager and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of June, 2013.
