RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON AN
AMENDMENT TO THE LOGAN AVENUE URBAN RENEWAL
AND REDEVELOPMENT PLAN TO ADD A NEW PROJECT
TO THE PLAN BY KWWL TELEVISION, INC. FOR THE
RENOVATION OF THE EXISTING COMMERCIAL
BUILDING LOCATED AT 500 EAST 4TH STREET, AS
JUNE 24, 2013, AT 5:30 P.M. IN CITY HALL
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WATERLOO, IOWA, AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE
OF HEARING.
