RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE REQUEST
OF HY-VEE, INC. FOR A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO
THE "S-1" SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1422 FLAMMANG DRIVE, AS
JUNE 24, 2013, AT 5:30 P.M. IN CITY HALL
COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WATERLOO, IOWA, AND
INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE
OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 24th day of June, 2013, for
the purpose of considering the request of Hy -Vee, Inc. for a site
plan amendment to the "S-1" Shopping Center District for property
located at 1422 Flammang Drive, to allow for a 7,008 square foot
expansion to the store for a Hy -Vee Wine & Spirits, and legally
described as follows:
Crossroads Plat No. 5, Lot 1, in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
