RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH INRCOG FOR GRANT WRITING
SERVICES RELATED TO A REAP GRANT APPLICATION
FOR UP TO $200,000 TO BE USED FOR BOATHOUSE
ENHANCEMENTS AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SUCH DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated July 25, 2016, between INRCOG and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, for grant writing services related to a REAP grant application for up to $200,000
to be used for Boathouse Enhancements, is hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized and
directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of July, 2016.
