RESOLUTION NO. 2016-592
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE IOWA
DOT FOR THE TRANSFER OF IA HIGHWAY 934 (UNIVERSITY
AVENUE) TO THE CITY IN ITS PRESENT CONDITION FOR
$28,000,000.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the agreement dated July 25, 2016, between the Iowa DOT and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
for the transfer of IA Highway 934 (University Avenue) to the City in its present condition for
$28,000,000.00, is hereby approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of July, 2016.
