RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE REQUEST
OF RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS, LLC (JIM
ELLIS) FOR A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE "R -
1,R -P" PLANNED ONE AND TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE
DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH
OF EUREKA STREET AND EAST OF VERMONT STREET
(BALTIMORE FIELD), AS JUNE 24, 2013, AT 5:30
P.M. IN CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS, WATERLOO,
IOWA, AND INSTRUCTING THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 24th day of June, 2013, for
the purpose of considering the request of Residential Development
Partners, LLC (Jim Ellis) for a site plan amendment to the "R -1,R -
P" Planned One and Two Family Residence District for property
generally located north of Eureka Street and east of Vermont
Street (Baltimore Field), to allow for the construction of 12 new
single family homes on 3.19 acres, and legally described as
follows:
Baltimore Field 1St Addition, Lots 1-12, in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of June, 2013.
