RESOLUTION NO. 2016-593
RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT $22,500.00
FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RELATED TO THE FLOOD
CONTROL SURVEYS, AND AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated July 25, 2016, between AECOM Technical
Services of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $22,500.00
for professional services related to the Flood Control Surveys, is hereby approved and the Mayor
and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of July, 2016.
