RESOLUTION NO. 2016-595
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AND MAIN
STREET WATERLOO FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2017 IN THE
AMOUNT OF $40,000, AND AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the professional services agreement dated July 25, 2016, between Main Street Waterloo and
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for the Fiscal year 2017 in the amount of $40,000, is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of July, 2016.
