RESOLUTION NO. 2013-509
RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Agreement No. 2-13-USTEP-017 dated June 17, 2013, for Urban -
State Traffic Engineering Program (U -STEP) Project funds, in the
amount of $25,000.00, to be used for traffic safety improvements
at the intersection of Shaulis Road and U.S 218, by and between
the Iowa Department of Transportation and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City
Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June, 2013.
