RESOLUTION NO. 2013-512
RESOLUTION APPROVING SECOND AMENDMENT TO
CONTRACT FOR TEMPORARY EMPLOYMENT SERVICES
FOR DEMOLITION MONITOR WITH MANPOWER, INC. OF
WATERLOO, IOWA AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF
SAID CONTRACT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Second Amendment to Contract for Temporary Employment
Services for Demolition Monitor dated June 17, 2013, to increase
the total actual expenses allowed by $2,264.20, for a revised
contract limit and total actual expenses allowed by the Agreement
not to exceed $23,364.20, by and between Manpower, Inc. of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June, 2013.
