RESOLUTION NO. 2026-287
RESOLUTION APPROVING A RENEWAL AGREEMENT
WITH DELTA DENTAL FOR FEES ASSOCIATED WITH
ADMINISTRATION, IN THE AMOUNT OF $39,529.00, AND
AUTHORIZING THE HUMAN RESOURCE DIRECTOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
WHEREAS the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has determined it is necessary and in the best
interests of the City to renew its agreement with Delta Dental for fees associated with
administration; and
WHEREAS, the Renewal Agreement with Delta Dental provides for administrative
services in the amount of $39,529.00; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that approval of said Renewal Agreement is
appropriate and in the best interests of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, that:
1. The Renewal Agreement with Delta Dental for fees associated with administration, in
the amount of $39,529.00, is hereby approved.
2. The Human Resource Director is authorized and directed to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
